About Crestline
Built by people who read the drawings twice.
Our Story
A contractor built on discipline, not just delivery.
Crestline Construction Ltd was founded in Croydon to close a gap we kept seeing across London's residential and commercial market: contractors who were either cheap and unreliable, or polished and unaffordable. Neither served the client well.
Under the direction of Reche Lascell Kayin Low, Crestline was structured around a simple premise — a fixed-price contract, a named project lead, and a finish standard that doesn't vary between a loft conversion and a commercial fit-out.
Today the company operates across Greater London and the South East, working directly with homeowners, developers, landlords and commercial occupiers on projects ranging from single-room refurbishments to multi-unit residential schemes.
Direction
Vision & mission.
Where we're heading
To be the contractor London's architects, developers and homeowners name first — recognised for construction quality that matches the ambition of the design.
How we get there
We deliver every project through fixed pricing, direct site accountability and in-house trades — removing the guesswork that erodes trust in construction.
Core Values
What we hold ourselves to.
Precision
Tolerances are agreed, documented and checked — not estimated on site.
Transparency
Costs, programme and any variation are communicated before they happen, not after.
Accountability
One project lead owns the outcome from survey to snagging.
Craft
We specify materials and detailing we'd choose for our own homes.
Leadership
Direction from the top.
Reche Lascell Kayin Low
Reche founded Crestline to bring the pricing transparency and site discipline of larger main contractors to residential and mid-scale commercial projects. He is directly involved in every project handover, and holds Crestline accountable to the standard the brand is built on.
Quality & Safety
Quality is a checklist, not a promise.
Every Crestline site operates under CDM 2015 regulations, with a named principal contractor, documented RAMS for every trade, and stage inspections signed off before work proceeds to the next phase.
Materials are specified against manufacturer tolerances, not assumed on site — and every project closes with an as-built pack, a workmanship warranty and a full snagging record.
Sustainability
Building with the next thirty years in mind.
We specify high-performance insulation, air-source heat pumps and responsibly sourced timber wherever the brief allows, and route site waste through licensed recycling and reclamation partners rather than landfill.
Every retrofit and extension is assessed for fabric-first energy performance before finishes are even discussed — because a beautiful room that costs a fortune to heat isn't a job well done.
